Massage has been one of my favourite treatments to give and receive .

For over 10 years. As someone who genuinely loves a good massage myself, I’ve developed a style that brings together techniques I’ve learned, experienced and refined over the years.

Before we begin, we’ll have a quick chat about what you’re hoping to get from your massage - whether that’s pure relaxation, releasing tension, or spending a little more time on the areas that need it most. From there, I let the treatment naturally unfold.

I blend Swedish massage with long, slow flowing movements, gentle relaxation and deeper pressure where it feels right. I like to give your body time to settle, allowing the treatment to gradually build and flow as you relax.
